1. Account Registration and Use

To use Affix services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information including your legal or personal name, contact details, and any other information required during registration.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for an account.

You confirm that you are using Affix services for business, professional, or organizational purposes, and not for personal or household use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Affix is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to receive communications from us via the email and/or phone number you provide. This will serve as your primary contact method, and you must keep this information current.

You must not misuse our services, including but not limited to circumventing security features, reverse engineering the platform, scraping content, or violating any applicable laws.

2. Service Description

Affix allows you to rent pre-built websites (e.g., for corporate, e-commerce, video content, etc.) that are hosted on a subdomain of affix.ge. Once registered, you can configure and launch a functioning site within minutes.

Each website is linked to your account and will be hosted under a designated subdomain (e.g., yourname.affix.ge). Affix retains ownership of the underlying platform and hosting infrastructure.

The User is responsible for uploading and managing their own content, including texts, images, videos, and product data.

3. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”) but grant Affix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

You must not upload content that:

- Violates laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).

- Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or pornographic material.

- Promotes fraud, violence, or illegal activity.

- Contains malware or malicious code.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your content, services, products, and transactions on your Affix site.

4. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees and any additional service fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment may be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. You agree to keep your billing information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your site.

Affix reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to new pricing.

Affix is not responsible for calculating or remitting any taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for tax compliance in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Affix platform (software, design, UI/UX, logos, documentation) remain the property of Affix. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform, except as expressly permitted.

6. Termination and Suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. No refunds will be provided for the unused period.

Affix may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

- Your payment fails or remains overdue for more than 30 days.

- You engage in abuse or harassment of staff or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all hosted content will be permanently deleted after 30 days unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Affix provides the platform “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

Affix is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, data corruption, or user error.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Affix to:

- Sell illegal or restricted items.

- Promote discrimination or violence.

- Distribute malware or conduct phishing.

- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Affix reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any website or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Any non-public information exchanged between you and Affix during the course of using the service shall be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Modifications

Affix may modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
