Refund Policy – Affix
Affix is committed to delivering high-quality website rental services and excellent customer experiences.
This Refund Policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds. The objective is to ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth operations.
1. Cancellations by Clients

If the client has used the 14-day free trial and then made a payment:

Within 7 days from the payment date: the client is entitled to a full refund.

Between 7 and 14 days from the payment date: the client is entitled to a partial refund (50%).

After 14 days from the payment date: no refund will be provided.

2. Transfers and Substitutions
Clients may request:

Transfer of their subscription to another Affix service of equal or lesser value (at least 7 days before renewal).

Substitution (assigning another person or company to use the subscription) at no additional cost if requested before activation.
3. Cancellations or Postponements by Affix
If Affix cancels or postpones a service, clients will be entitled to either:

A full refund of the subscription fee, or
-
A transfer to another available Affix service of equal value.
4. Non-Usage
No refunds will be provided if the client fails to use the service without prior notification.
5. Special Circumstances
Refund requests outside the standard policy (e.g., verified technical issues, billing errors, or force majeure) may be considered at Affix’s sole discretion, upon receiving valid supporting documentation.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method. Any applicable bank or transaction fees will be borne by the client.
